Stress is something we all experience. I am always stressed because I am worried about many things in this life. Life causes stress. When I say stress, I mean caused by work, relationships, etc. way to handle stress in any form. What do you do to release stress? Any person has they own way to release their stress. The best methods are relaxation and meditation, physical exercise and exertion, listen to music, go to the gym, or just go to bed and to have a nice warm bath. The nicest ways of releasing stress is doing a activities that become your hobbies.
When I got stress, usually I listening to rock music or play football as my hobbies. What about you? Do you have other activities to release your stress?
