You install Office 2003 on Windows 2000, have been corrupted or damaged and you get error message : “The MSIEXEC file is linked to missing export MSI.DLL:222.”
To resolve this problem, Update the installer files for Win2000. Surf to www.microsoft.com/downloads/release.asp?releaseid=32832&NewList=1, which contains links to the appropriate files and instructions for downloading and installing them. When you finish, try again to install Office 2003
